Burt's Quality Shop

Burt's Quality Shop, located at 25 N. Phelps Street in downtown Youngstown, was where Harry Burt invented one of this countries most well-known ice cream treats - the Good Humor Bar. Burt died in 1926 but the Good Humor Bar still survives today.
