Happy Birthday, Streetscape!

Streetscape, the beautification program working to improve Downtown, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Often these programs go unnoticed and whither on the vine but Streetscape has received a lot of public support and appears to be thriving. Working with Cityscape and a number of public and private entities, they plant flowers throughout downtown, remove trash, and work to improve the general aesthetics of the Federal Street corridor. If you like to garden and want to help beautify Youngstown, I highly recommend getting involved with this group.
