Mayor to Herb: Pay us back or expect a Youngstown tune-up

Mayor Jay Williams is calling in the big loan. The city sent a letter to Key Bank last week asking that a $2 million loan taken out by Herb Washington, owner of the Steelhounds, be repaid. It was not unexpected, however. The term limit on the 18-month loan was up. According to Washington, the check is in the mail. There is no word from William's office if he will follow up on this blogger's fake threat of a Youngstown tune-up should the obligations of the loan not be met.
